We start by listening to your full story. A thorough assessment looks at your history, symptoms, strengths, and challenges to create a clear picture of your mental health. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a personalized evaluation designed to truly understand you.
When we provide a diagnosis, it’s grounded in the DSM-5, the gold standard for psychiatric care. Using evidence-based criteria ensures accuracy, clarity, and confidence in your treatment plan, so you know your care is rooted in both science and compassion.
Not everyone needs medication, but when it’s appropriate, we use it thoughtfully and in partnership with you. We also explore supplement options when evidence supports them. Our goal is to find safe, effective strategies that fit your unique needs and preferences. We also don't shy away from first-line treatment options, which include stimulant medications.
Healing isn’t only about medicine. We integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches—like DBT, ACT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness strategies—so your treatment supports both your mind and your everyday life.
Sometimes, what you need isn’t therapy but practical guidance. Coaching focuses on building strategies for daily challenges—like time management, focus, or navigating relationships—so you feel more capable and less overwhelmed.
Struggling with organization, planning, or follow-through? You’re not alone. We provide structured training to strengthen executive functioning skills, helping you create systems that reduce chaos and increase confidence.
Lasting change happens when your goals align with your values. We’ll help you define realistic goals, break them into steps, and stay accountable along the way. We will help you move from surviving to thriving!

Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation where we take time to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll explore your mental health background, medical history, and current challenges to provide an accurate, DSM-5 criteria-based diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, supplements, or therapeutic support.
These sessions are focused check-ins to monitor your progress, adjust medications if needed, and address any side effects or new concerns. They’re also a time to celebrate what’s working, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your care plan so it continues to support your well-being and goals.

Your first individual session is dedicated to understanding your story—your challenges, strengths, and goals. We’ll explore your mental health history and current concerns, then create a personalized plan for care that fits your unique needs.
These ongoing sessions provide space for reflection, growth, and skill-building. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, we’ll focus on strategies and insights that move you closer to your goals and overall well-being.
The first step in couples therapy is creating space for both partners to be heard. In this extended session, we explore your relationship history, communication patterns, and current challenges. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas for growth and building a plan for healing and connection.
These sessions focus on strengthening communication, improving problem-solving, and addressing ongoing concerns in your relationship. Each meeting is designed to help you practice new skills, deepen understanding, and move toward healthier patterns as a couple.
In this longer session, we meet with your family to understand each member’s perspective, history, and concerns. The goal is to uncover dynamics that may be causing stress and begin building a path toward improved communication, respect, and collaboration at home.
Follow-up sessions provide structured time to work through family challenges, practice healthier communication, and strengthen trust. Families leave with practical tools to navigate conflict and foster connection.
