Our Team

Ashley Cummings, ARNP, PMHNP-BC (Owner/Provider)

Hope is an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. - Hebrews 6:19

In our complex and ever-changing society, you fill countless roles each and every day; individual, spouse, parent, business leader, valued employee, volunteer, and everything in between. Each of these roles can be negatively impacted when mental health struggles are also present... especially when they stem from executive dysfunction in the context of ADHD. As a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Ashley has a passion for helping her clients achieve their highest potential.

Ashley has worked in healthcare in many different settings for over 15 years. In 2014, she obtained her associate degree in nursing, with honors. In 2016, she completed her Bachelors degree in nursing, and in 2021, her Masters degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health care. Ashley has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, involuntary evaluation & treatment, and acute withdrawal management as well as labor & delivery, medical-surgical, long-term care, and physical rehabilitation.

Having lived with undiagnosed ADHD, as well as the resulting depression and anxiety, for most of her life, she has successfully overcome many of the same challenges that her clients now face. With a true desire to better understand and treat ADHD, she's discovered how terribly underserved the adult population truly is... particularly women! Ashley truly feels called to help those suffering in silence with executive dysfunction.

Ashley's approach to mental wellness is whole-person centered; with collaboration, education, appropriate and conservative medication intervention, brief psychotherapy, lifestyle change, skills training, and mindset work with the goal of achieving true healing! Ashley believes that complete mental wellness is reached when a person understands who they are in Christ and then engages in an active process of self-development according to their purpose. However, she strives to provide the same standards of care to everyone and respects one’s autonomy in determining their personal beliefs.

Currently, Ashley resides in Southwestern Idaho, but she grew up in North-Central Washington. She is accepting clients who are 18+ years old for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, insomnia, and/or Women’s issues who reside in the state of Idaho.

Bethany Garcia, ARNP, PMHNP-BC (Provider)

When life feels like a constant spin cycle; lost keys, endless to-do lists, or persistent worry, Bethany is here to help you find calm and clarity. She is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with eight years of experience on the psychiatric frontlines.

Bethany brings a judgment-free approach to mental healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, with honors, from Frontier Nursing University in 2024. She specializes in adult ADHD, with or without co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders, and always approaches sessions with openness and without stigma. Utilizing evidence-based practices, she’ll help you swap scattered thoughts for clear next steps, set boundaries that stick, and navigate medication management (if it’s right for you)!

Bethany is accepting clients 18+ years old for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD and other co-occurring disorders who reside in the state of Washington.

Amberly Potter, LMFT (Therapist & Spiritual Coach)

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brené Brown

In today’s world, many of us are carrying silent burdens while trying to hold it all together. When trauma, addiction, executive dysfunction, or emotional pain enter the picture, the weight can feel unbearable. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience, Amberly is passionate about helping others rediscover their strength, heal their stories, and reconnect with who they truly are — beneath the survival mode.

Amberly began her professional journey working with children and families affected by family trauma, foster care, and attachment issues. She went on to become a clinical supervisor at an inpatient crisis stabilization and co-occurring disorders facility, providing support to individuals navigating severe mental health challenges and addiction. In addition to her in-person work, she has served clients through telehealth platforms across various stages of their healing journeys — always with the belief that deep, meaningful human connection is the most powerful catalyst for change.

What makes Amberly’s approach truly unique is her lived experience. Amberly is a woman in long-term recovery from addiction. She understands how terrifying — and courageous — it is to change. She knows the feeling of powerlessness firsthand, and she brings that understanding into every session. Her approach is rooted in realism, compassion, and the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed,” but rather, they must be heard, understood, and guided back to themselves. Amberly believes that healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about becoming more fully you. It’s about learning to hold your pain with grace and your progress with pride. It’s about remembering that no matter how far you’ve fallen, there’s always a way back home to yourself.

Amberly’s therapeutic philosophy is whole-person centered, blending evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each client’s emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She integrates elements of psychoanalysis, trauma-informed care, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness into her work, while honoring each person’s unique pace and process. However, she is also a straightforward person who can give you the push you may need to look at yourself differently.

Amberly currently resides in the state of Nevada and provides virtual therapy for adults in both Nevada and Washington state who are struggling with trauma, addiction, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and life transitions (including spirituality). She welcomes clients who are ready — or just willing — to begin the brave work of healing.
