Anchored Psychiatry is a small, mostly-virtual behavioral health clinic where achieving mental wellness is the priority! We specialize primarily in Adult ADHD, but also treat anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, stress, insomnia, and Women's issues.
After years of working in secular healthcare, Ashley felt called to start practicing in a way that was consistent with her Catholic beliefs, integrity, and faith in Jesus! Her vision has since grown and expanded to include Bethany in this endeavor. However, being a Christian is not a pre-requisite for services; anyone can benefit from being an active participant in their own care.
We do not practice within the traditional provider-patient dichotomy, but rather, we come alongside you so that we can work together as a team. This creates a partnership that can help facilitate change!
